Teren
Teren je prevougana, ravna, tvrda povrsina bez prepreka. Za glavno zvanicno takmicenje FIBA kao i za sve novoizgradjene terene dimenizije su 28m po duzini i 15m po sirini, mereno od unutrasnje ivice granicna linije. Za sve ostala takmicenja odgovatajuce telo FIBA kao sto je Komisija Zone ili Nacionalna federacija ima ovlascenje da odobri postojece terene za minimalnim dimenzijama od 26m po duzini i 14m po sirini.
Tavanica
Visina tavanice ili najnize prepreke iznosi najmanje 7 metara.
Linije
Sve linije su nacrtane istom bojom (najbolje belom) siroke 5cm i jasno vidljive. Teran je ogranicen povrsina ceonim linijama, spaja sredine bocnih linija i prelazi 15cm preko obe bocne linije.
